Description: On April 15, 2018, at or around 8:00 a.m., the minor PLAINTIFF was lawfully within the vicinity of 516 Bristol Street. PLAINTIFF was in the residence with his grandmother and his brother. Defendants, Including EISERT and DOEs, unlawfully entered and searched the residence including PLAINTIFF’S room. Defendants recovered no contraband from PLAINTIFF or the residence. Defendants had no probable cause to believe that PLAINTIFF had committed any crimes or offenses, defendants placed PLAINTIFF into handcuffs and under arrest. Complaint
Description: The plaintiff pulled his car over to pick up a passenger after the taxi dispatch assigned him to said location. The defendant officers approached and asked the plaintiff if he was picking up a street hail to which he replied no. Then the officers reached into his car, unlocked the door, twisted the plaintiff's arm, handcuffed him. The plaintiff was transported to a nearby hospital to assess his injuries and then was taken to a nearby precinct. He was charged with false, unspecified charges which were later dismissed.
