Complaint
Description: On September 29, 2017, plaintiff was walking down the street with a friend, when an unmarked car pulled up near them and defendant POs excited the vehicle and, without probable cause or reasonable suspicion, stopped, frisked, and ultimately arrested plaintiff. Defendant POs then forwarded false police reports to the District Attorney's Office, falsely accusing plaintiff of participating in a drug sale. Plaintiff was later acquitted of all charges. Plaintiff lost his job following his arrest.
