Description: On September 6, 2020, the defendants unlawfully stopped, questioned, searched, arrested and detained Plaintiff in the vicinity of 635 Zerega Avenue, Bronx New York. At approximately 9:45 a.m., Plaintiff was waiting to purchase items from inside a deli grocery store. At that time, Defendants Valerio and Delossantos, employees of FedEx, cut the line in front of Plaintiff.
