Description: On February 10, 2010, Defendant Officers unlawfully entered an apartment in Staten Island. Defendant Officers including Officer Trunzo, Perez, and several unnamed Defendant Officers broke through the apartment door where plaintiff's were invited guests. Defendant Officers then grabbed one of the Plaintiffs and brought her to the floor unnecessarily, wrenched and twisted her arms, and placed excessively tight handcuffs on her wrists. Defendant Officers then searched that Plaintiff and proceeded to throw the other Plaintiff to the floor, stomp on him, twist his arms, and place tight handcuffs on him.
