At said time and place, Defendant NYPD Police Officers JOHN and JANE DOE 1 through 10 responded to an incident at same. Description: On April 6, 2018, plaintiff Johnson was lawfully standing outside his vehicle parked on Rockaway Parkway in Brooklyn, New York. He was approached by Defendant NYPD officer Shervis, who then directed defendant officer Wilson to arrest the plaintiff without probable cause. The plaintiff was transported to the 69th Precinct and taken to the cell area. In the cell area the defendants were aggressively removing articles of clothing from the plaintiff and thrusting him into chairs. Knowing that the plaintiff had a previous laceration on his leg, the defendants nonetheless threw the plaintiff onto the ground and began punching and kicking him.
