Description: On 2/18/2017, Plaintiff was walking down Myrtle Ave near Knickerbocker Avenue while on a break from work. he was approached by Defendants Ignarro and Lewis. a robbery had occurred 15 minutes prior nearby. Defendants used an iPhone ping to go to that scene, tracing the victims cell phone. When Defendants arrived the cell phone was not at the location. Without provocation, Colon was searched by the Defendants and arrested. At the time of the arrest, Colon was wearing a light grey hoody and blue jeans and is approximately 5'2". Description: On June 16, 2011, at approximately 6:30 p.m., plaintiff, a 55-year-old woman with no criminal record, was falsely arrested and imprisoned by NYPD officers Marco Artale, Sonia Yi, and Thomas McBride in Brooklyn, NY. Plaintiff and her sister had just left their cousins's funeral and were taking a walk around the block, when Officer Yi approached plaintiff, forcibly searched her, and found no contraband.
Without probable cause, plaintiff and her sister were arrested and subjected to further searches at the precinct, including plaintiff being ordered to lift up her bra.
