Complaint
Description: On January 15, 2019, Plaintiff Tyrone Young was unlawfully arrested by Defendants Police Officers for robbery, assault, burglary, and criminal possession of a weapon. Plaintiff was never identified by any witness. The alleged victim of the robbery told Defendants Police Officers that Plaintiff did not commit the crime and that he works for him. Plaintiff Young did not have any proceeds of the robbery on his person or in his home. Bail was set at arraignment. Plaintiff was released when the prosecution failed to present the case to the grand jury. All charges against Plaintiff were dismissed and Plaintiff was incarcerated for approximately 4 days.
