Description: On April 30, 2017, police officer Zeshan Naeem, Craig Petrowski, and John Does 1-10 falsely arrested Winston Harvey. Harvey was properly near New York Ave. and Foster Ave. of Brooklyn when the officers improperly stopped, questioned, and arrested Harvey without a probable cause. At no time did the Harvey possess a weapon or provoked the officers or consent to the arrest. The officers, however, negligently slammed Harvey to the ground, severally injuring Harvey. The officers then provided false, misleading, and incomplete information during the prosecution to the Kings County District Attorney's Office, denying Harvey his right to a fair trial. Description: On August 8, 2015 at approximately 12:15 am, the plaintiff was leaving a empty lot where a barbeque had been held by his friends. Several 67th Precinct officers rushed the lot and began searching the barbeque attendees. Officers pushed the plaintiff up against a fence and searched his pockets, and after finding half a marijuana cigarette, brought the plaintiff to the 67 Precinct. The plaintiff voiced his displeasure at being accosted and searched for no reason, and after being pushed into a holding cell, was beaten around the face and body by several officers (including Officers Dalsh Veve, Joel Crooms, and Matthew Hauswirth).
