Description: On November 1, 2013, Plaintiff was on the A Train platform on West 4th Street when Defendant Police Officer Cesar Bermeo and other Defendant Police Officers approached Plaintiff with their loaded firearms and required him to obey improper orders by threatening and acting menacingly towards him. They then committed battery upon Plaintiff without legal cause. Following that, they handcuffed, falsely arrested and detained Plaintiff. All these caused Plaintiff physical pain and mental suffering.
