Description: On October 26, 2021, defendants searched plaintiff's residence at 1350 Fifth Ave, Apt 3B, NY, NY, and recovered a loaded firearm, ammunition, and narcotics, from inside a locked room that did not belong to plaintiff and which plaintiff had no access. Defendants arrested plaintiff for possession of same. Defendants informed the New York DA there was evidence establishing plaintiff’s control over the contraband. Defendants handcuffed plaintiff and transported him to the 28th Precinct. On October 26, 2021, Plaintiff was arraigned and bail was set in the amount of $150,000.
