Description: On September 25, 2019, the plaintiff was residing with his girlfriend and son on premises known as 175 - 15 Rockaway Boulevard in the County of Queens, in the "Saratoga Family Inn" located thereat. While residing at this location, plaintiff found police officers at his door, who eventually ended up firing a taser at plaintiff. Plaintiff had lost consciousness and after regaining consciousness, was tasered again. Subsequently, plaintiff was placed in handcuffs and was verbally abused by the police agents.
