Description: On or about April 19, 2023 Plaintiff, who was eight months pregnant, was lawfully driving a vehicle when PO Joshua E. Conseillant, PO Joseph J. Jacobsen, and PO John Doe stopped Plaintiff's car without justification. After Plaintiff provided POs with requested documentation, POs informed Plaintiff she was the subject of an investigation card ("i-card") and ordered her out of the vehicle. Description: On April 25, 2023, the plaintiff observed an individual running up from behind him. Unable to identify the person and fearing for his safety, the plaintiff ran forward. He eventually stopped near some unmarked NYPD vehicles, where he felt safe and spoke with the officers. However, instead of assisting him, the defendant officers, including Christopher Meyer and Brandon R. Gentz, arrested the plaintiff, restraining him with metal handcuffs and subjecting him to an unlawful pat-down search.
