Description: On or about March 10, 2022, in the County of Bronx, the Plaintiff was unlawfully detained, arrested, and imprisoned by NYPD officers, including defendants Police Officer Yaritza Francisco, Detective Salvatore Giardina, and Police Officer Juan R. Sanchez. The arrest and imprisonment were malicious, unlawful, and not based upon a warrant, probable cause, and/or any other justification, constituting false arrest and imprisonment. Subsequently, the plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted.
