Description: On February 3, 2018, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Kimon Campbell, Jefferson Desir, and Travis John were unlawfully stopped, frisked, and arrested by NYPD officers, including Officer Donald J. Barton and other unnamed officers, in the vicinity of Clarendon Road between 22nd and 23rd Streets in Brooklyn. The plaintiffs were charged with obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct, even though they had committed no crimes.
