Complaint
Description: On April 29, 2015, the Plaintiff was arrested without probable cause, physically assaulted, handcuffed, and was placed under other restraints by unnamed police officers. Officer Jonathan Formichelli and other unnamed officers witnessed the Plaintiff’s arrest and assault but failed to intervene to prevent these actions. Additionally, the Defendants acted with deliberate indifference to the Plaintiff’s medical needs and safety. Officer Formichelli and the other officers created false evidence against the Plaintiff to initiate criminal proceedings. As a result of the Defendants’ actions, the Plaintiff sustained physical injuries to his head, stomach, and wrists, as well as psychological and emotional trauma, menta...
