Not Guilty:
Knowingly associated with an individual who engaged in criminal activities
Guilty:
Failed to notify Department of interview with federal bureau of investigations in relation to an individual known to the Department who was affiliated with organized crime
Dismissed:
While off duty, wrongfully used her Department cell phone for personal use
Guilty:
Wrongfully engaged in unauthorized off duty employment
Not Guilty:
Impeded an official Department interview providing inaccurate responses during said interview
Penalty: Forfeiture of ten (10) suspension days, thirty (30) vacation days
