Complaint
Description: On May 19, 2022, Plaintiff was in the vicinity of 972 Sherman Ave in the Bronx, when Defendant Officers, including Officer Zurich and Roe, absent an arrest warrant, probable cause, reasonable cause or any legal justification, stopped, frisked, searched, and detained Plaintiff in an aggressive manner. Plaintiff was arrested and arraigned, absent committing any crimes. Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges were terminated.
