Description: On November 19, 2019, plaintiff Frank Brandon was involved in an automobile accident. NYPD officer Tuhin Khan and his partner arrived on the scene. The other driver accused plaintiff of being intoxicated, which plaintiff denied. Khan requested plaintiff take a Breathalyzer test at the precinct, which showed there was no alcohol in plaintiff's system. A third officer stated he believed plaintiff was under the influence of drugs, which plaintiff denied, completing a series of coordination tests without issue. A highway patrol officer then claimed that a black light revealed the presence of a white powder substance on plaintiff's face. Description: On July 12, 2019, police officers Tuhin Khan, John Doe 1-3, and Jane Doe falsely arrested Rayhanah Alhanafi. Alhanafi was properly driving her car near W 145 st. and 7th Ave. of Manhattan when she was pulled over by the police officers. Upon providing them her driver's license, the police officers falsely accused Alhanafi of suspended license and forged license plate. Alhanafi explained legitimacy of both her license and the license plates but was ignored. When she stepped out of the vehicle upon the officers' request, she was surrounded by the officers and was touched by Khan without Alhanafi's consent.
