Description: On January 4, 2022, at approximately 5:00pm, Plaintiff CLARENCE ANTHONY GORDON LITTLE was present inside the Dollar Tree Store located at 2120 Rockaway Parkway, Brooklyn, NY 11236 when he was unlawfully searched, restrained, and ultimately shot (at point blank range) in the back of the neck by Defendant NYPD officers CARLOS DELGADO and GUNVINDER SINGH. As a result of his injuries, Plaintiff's right leg was amputated and Plaintiff later suffered a heart attack, fell into a coma, and ultimately died on February 3, 2022.
