Description: On September 14, 2023, at approximately 3:30 AM in the vicinity of 265 Nagle Avenue, New York, Plaintiff was illegally approached by POs Andrew Loubriel and John or Jane Doe 1-10 due to their prejudice against Hispanic or Latino males, which Plaintiff is. The POs falsely accused him of criminal acts before violently grabbing Plaintiff's head and body and pushing him to the ground, causing serious permanent injuries, without legal justification. POs then illegally searched Plaintiff by aggressively shoving their hands into his clothes and intimate areas before violently contorting his arms to apply the handcuffs in an excessively-tight fashion, causing bruising and swelling.
