Description: On May 26, 2020, Plaintiff My'Asha Roundtree's apartment was entered by Defendant NYPD Police Officers without a warrant seeking to arrest Plaintiff over allegations of misdemeanor assault. Plaintiff arranged to turn herself in two days later at the 47th Precinct. While in a holding cell, plaintiff was denied a change, food and water, and the ability to make a call to her attorney by Lanay Reyes, Winghong Lau, Rosibel Kery, First Name Unknown Nunez, and First Name Unknown Herena. Plaintiff was also thrown headfirst into the NYPD transport van.
