Defendants tightly handcuffed, arrested and detained Plaintiff without a warrant or other legal process. The criminal complaint and reports against Plaintiff were false and fraudulent.

Description: On August 25, 2013, Plaintiffs were attending a memorial birthday party for one of the plaintiffs' children. NYPD officers came up to one of the guests demanding identification was produced. Thereafter, for no lawful reason, NYPD P.O. John Murphy assaulted PLaintiff Ashanti Gorham. NYPD P.O.s Nicholas Scalzo, Dimitry Brushnivsky, and Andrew Lassen assaulted Plaintiff Gloria Gorham, pushed her to the ground, kicked her body, maced her and punched her face, and furhte rphysically brutalized her. Plaintiffs Sadiesha Miles and Sadie Miles were thrown to the ground. Plaintiff Lariese Miles was also assaulted. Plaintiff Deniesha Lee was assaulted, fondled, and groped.
