Description: On September 19, 2017 at approximately 8:38 pm Plaintiff was inside 1361 Nostrand Avenue 2B in Kings County when Defendants, John Modesta, John Ortega, and John Doe officers of the NYPD approached plaintiff, pinned her on the ground and put their weight on Plaintiff and put her in handcuffs. Plaintiffs told Defendants that she was in pain and that she was pregnant but Defendants ignored Plaintiff. Defendants assaulted and battered Plaintiff with excessive force and Plaintiff lost her unborn child. Plaintiff was falsely arrested, taken into custody and falsely imprisoned and detained. Plaintiff was then taken to Kings County Hospital and held based on false allegations.
