Description: On February 28, 2024 Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of an intersection when PO Christopher Boland, PO Jose Cepeda, PO John Doe, and PO John Roe stopped him based in part on his race and summarily grabbed, assaulted, battered, searched, and arrested him without legal justification. Plaintiff was wrongfully incarcerated for over 24 hours and was maliciously prosecuted, compelling Plaintiff to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably. Plaintiff suffered physical and emotional pain and injuries as a result of this incident.
