Description: On October 30, 2022, plaintiff was shopping on Canal Street in Manhattan. He was approached by Defendant NYPD Officers Teodoro Tejada, Vincent Cheung, and a number of John Doe officers. The officers stopped him and handcuffed him without probable cause or reasonable suspicion of any unlawful activity. Plaintiff was taken to a local precinct, where he was detained for several hours and strip searched. he was then arraigned and released. The charges were later dropped on April 28, 2023.
