Description: On May 8, 2012, plaintiff Dennis Eugene Green was lawfully within a residence when he was suddenly accosted by defendants Officer Jonathan DeCastro, Sergeant Jwann Layton and several unidentified police officers. The defendants demanded identification and frisked plaintiff without cause. Defendants then handcuffed and arrested plaintiff, transported him to the precinct, strip searched him and transferred him to central booking for arraignment, and then to Rikers Island. Plaintiff was incarcerated for approximately seven days and then released and all charges were dismissed.
