Description: On December 26, 2015, Plaintiff was lawfully resting in the driver seat of his parked vehicle at Bell Blvd, Queens, NY. Defendants approached Plaintiff's vehicle, forced him to exit the vehicle, improperly stopped and unlawfully searched Plaintiff and his vehicle. Defendants handcuffed plaintiff, threw him into the police car and transported him to the 111th Precinct where he was processed and placed in a holding cell. After over twenty hours in a cell, Plaintiff was transported to Queens Central Booking, where he was again processed and placed in a holding cell.
