Description: On March 23, 2014, Plaintiff was near her residence when she was assaulted, battered, and falsely arrested by NYPD Officers Jeremy Catania (Shield #24441), Philip Hirsh (Shield #01401), and other unidentified officers. The officers allegedly shot at her with a firearm, causing her to fall and sustain serious injuries. She was then beaten and brutally assaulted by multiple officers, resulting in further physical harm. After the assault, Richardson was falsely accused of crimes she did not commit and unlawfully detained for an extended period. Richardson alleges that the officers' actions were intentional, wanton, and malicious, and that they conspired to cover up their misconduct by filing false charges against...
