Description: On March 10, 2013, Plaintiff picked up Defendant Hannah Forbes in his taxi at 4:30 am from a club and took her to the requested address. Upon arrival Defendant Forbes asked to be taken to a different address, and then another address. Plaintiff informed Defendant Forbes that his shift was ending, he needed to return the cab or be penalized, and that he could drop her at a safe place or a nearby police precinct. Defendant Forbes became upset and began to strike the Plaintiff with her heels, breaking the glass. She then exited the taxi and ran.
