Description: On November 18, 2017, police officers Ryan Foster, Joseph Gergenti falsely arrested Javan Natal near Queens Boulevard and Elliot Avenue of Queens. The officer Frederick Alleyne -who was not on duty at the moment- accused Natal of harassment, but Natal was in fact the one being harassed by the officer's road rage: the officer Alleyne continued to disturb Natal's peaceful driving on the road and even threatened with his weapon.
