Complaint
Description: On November 13 2019, the Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped by NYPD Officer Alfredo Vallegonzalez and John or Jane Does while lawfully walking on the sidewalk. The Officers then without probable cause searched and seized the Plaintiff. The Officers proceeded to apply excessively tight handcuffs despite the Plaintiff's complaints and concerns that he just had surgery on his arm. Ignoring his requests caused lacerations, bruising and swelling to the Plaintiff's wrists. He was then transported to the 75th Precinct and then to Central Booking.
