Description: On August 23, 2017, as plaintiff was walking to his car, he was arrested by defendant Dellapia. Defendants then searched plaintiff's car. Defendants requested permission to search plaintiff's apartment. Plaintiff refused to give such permission. Defendants nonetheless proceeded to search plaintiff's apartment and seized various items belonging to plaintiff.
