Description: On August 19, 2013, plaintiff was walking when defendant officers Florencio Arquer, Peter Fiorillio, Brant Martinez, Boris Durets, and others told plaintiff they saw him toss a gun. Defendant officers also claimed they found bullets in plaintiff's pockets. Plaintiff had not tossed a gun or had bullets in his pocket. Plaintiff was thrown to the ground, placed in handcuffs, and had a handgun pointed in his face.
Plaintiff was put in a police vehicle and taken to the precinct. Defendant officers falsely told the DA's office that they observed plaintiff in possession of firearms.
