Complaint
Description: Defendant Officers entered Plaintiff's grandmother's apartment while he was present without knocking and with guns drawn. Officers ordered Plaintiff to put down the knife he was using to cook, which he did, and then Sgt. Roberts shot him in the torso. Plaintiff was taken to the hospital, suffering life threatening injuries, and never charged with a crime.
