Complaint
Description: On October 16, 2022, at approximately 1:00pm in the vicinity of 1000 Simpson Street, Bronx, NY, Plaintiff ABRAM PRESINAL was stopped, searched, assaulted, and detained by Defendant NYPD officer JONATHAN PAGAN, and two other unidentified officers without legal justification. Plaintiff suffered injury about his head, neck, body and limbs. remained in custody for over 24 hours and was subjected to a strip search. Following multiple court appearances, all charges against Plaintiff were terminated in his favor.
