Description: On April 9, 2014 Plaintiff arrived at the commercial establishment he owned to discover POs Harvey Sham, Timothy Schultz, Paul Rao, Yun Zhang, and John Does 1-5 at the premises. Plaintiff asked for information regarding what happened and POs responded in a vulgar, combative, and unprofessional manner, and refused to divulge any information to Plaintiff. Plaintiff requested the POs' name and badge numbers to make a formal complaint but the officers actively used threats and harassment to intimidate Plaintiff into not going through with a complaint.
