Venterpool was legally near East 146 st. and 3rd ave. of Bronx when he was stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered and detained by the above officers without reasonable cause or a warrant. Venterpool was also subject to strip search and was falsely prosecuted for a crime he did not commit.
