Description: On or about July 9, 2017, Plaintiff was the passenger in his friend's vehicle when they were stopped by Defendant officer Ramos and several unknown Defendant officer Does. Plaintiff and the driver were ordered to exit the car and was searched. Nothing was found on Plaintiff, but a knife was found on the driver. The driver was arrested and removed to the precinct. Defendant officers Ramos and Does told Plaintiff to retrieve the car keys from the precinct. When Plaintiff arrived at the precinct, Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested by Defendant officers Ramos and Does without cause or justification. Plaintiff was charged with several crimes which were eventually dismissed.
