Description: Plaintiff was identified at, Lincoln Hospital, after Defendant Officers falsely accused Plaintiff of interfering with "official duties" of an officer when a gurney was blocking the hallway, and of disorderly conduct after Plaintiff objected to the disrespectful manner in which Defendant Officers ordered her to move the gurney. After Defendant Officers slammed Plaintiff, who was pregnant at the time, against a wall, she was arrested and taken to PSA 7. Plaintiff was charged with OGA, Dis Con, and Resisting Arrest. The criminal case is still pending.
