Complaint
Description: On or about July 4th, Plaintiff was lawfully standing on the street when PO Philip Huynh, PO Olga Bentin, and PO's "John Doe" suddenly and without warning assaulted her. Although Plaintiff had committed no crime, PO's violently grabbed Plaintiff and shoved her to the ground, slamming her head against the pavement. The excessive force caused Plaintiff to lose consciousness and sustain serious and permanent physical injury. When Plaintiff regained consciousness she was denied medical care. Plaintiff was instead handcuffed and taken to the Precinct for processing.
