Description: On April 17, 2015, Plaintiff Anthony Hutchinson was legally present in the vicinity of 902 Williams Avenue in Brooklyn, NY when he was unlawfully stopped and arrested by NYPD Officers PHILLIP ROSSOMANDO, RONALD SANCHEZ, GARY WILLIAMS, JAMES RESER, LT. MICHAEL GOODCHILD, CAPT. ROBERT OHARE, and ten other unidentified officers. During the arrest, Plaintiff was pushed to the ground and handcuffed and then struck in the back and groin area approximately ten times. PO WILLIAMS then punched Plaintiff in the face and mouth and knocked out one of Plaintiff's teeth.
