Description: On or about October 1, 2015, at approximately 4:00 – 4:35 A.M. in the vicinity of the inside of 675 East 140th Street, Apt, 5CC, County of Bronx, State of New York, the plaintiffs were notified by their niece that officers were at the door. As the plaintiffs went to open the door, the defendants bust through and broke the door with shields, guns and rifles. Plaintiffs were instructed to get on the floor and handcuffed. The handcuffs were placed so tight that the plaintiffs’ wrists turned red. Assault and multiple batteries were committed against the plaintiffs.
