Description: Plaintiff was working on a car at his job as an auto body shop when PO Jimenez drove his car up, got out, and asked Plaintiff where he worked and if he had a license or was on parole. Plaintiff's boss was not at the shop to verify that he worked there and so PO Jimenez arrested him, brought him to the 42nd Precinct, and charged him with Driving without a license.
