This warrant authorized the search of the the first floor apartment of the building plaintiff was found. Defendants were dressed in riot gear. Upon entering the basement, defendants verbally assaulted and violently threw plaintiff onto the floor and ripped his search. Plaintiff was subsequently handcuffed and searched.
