Description: On October 3, 2020, Plaintiff was a patron at a deli where Defendants Naji Al Abdi and Mohamed Ali were working. Abdi and Ali verbally then physically attacked Plaintiff, causing significant physical injuries. At some point Plaintiff left the deli.
