Description: On March 29, 2014, at approximately 6:30 p.m., in the vicinity of 15 East 131 Street, where the Plaintiff resided, several police officers from the 25th precinct, including defendants Mark Danon, Timothy Stokes, Steven Wan, Bliss and John or Jane Does #1-10 arrested the Plaintiff, a black male, without arrest or search warrants, probable cause or reasonable suspicion. Plaintiff had asked his sister's boyfriend to leave, and that if he did not, that Plaintiff would call the police.
