Description: On March 7, 2020, Plaintiff was lawfully inside of 1480 Park Place visiting his friend, Alfred Chris Bonner, in Apt 4B. Plaintiff left his friend's apartment, and was standing in the hallway of the fourth floor, waiting for his friend to come out. The Defendant Officers approached Plaintiff and told him he was trespassing. Plaintiff responded by telling the officer that he is visiting his friend, in Apt 4B, named Chris. The Defendant Officers refused to listen to Plaintiff, and placed him in handcuffs. The Plaintiff yelled for his friend to come outside, and Chris and his mother, who both live at the location, came outside.
