Description: Police responded to a dispute between Plaintiff's girlfriend and child's mother in the hallway of Plaintiff's apartment building. When Plaintiff went to leave, officers grabbed him, assaulted him, took him to the70th precinct, and then later released after the DA declined to prosecute.
