Description: On January 22, 2020, at approximately 5:00 p.m., in the vicinity of inside the building located at 781 Washington Avenue in Kings County, Plaintiff Delmar Cameron was unlawfully stopped, battered, assaulted, searched, detained, and arrested by Defendant NYPD Police Officers, including Daniel Staffa and Tahir Malik. Plaintiff was then transported to the 77th Precinct, where they were illegally detained for 17 hours before being transported to Central booking.
