Description: On the incident date, the plaintiff was arrested for sale of a controlled substance when the defendants jumped out of an unmarked car and handcuffed the plaintiff. His pockets were searched and the contents were placed in a yellow envelope by the defendants. The plaintiff was brought to the 25th precinct where he was placed in the holding cell area and told to get naked.
