Description: On or about June 29, 2023, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Infant-Plaintiff, whose age was less than 12 years old, was walking outside with her aunt when defendant NYPD officers stopped and arrested her without any legal justification. She was not told what she was arrested for. The officers pulled her shirt collar, pulled her arms, pressed her body against a concrete wall and handcuffed her in an excessively tight manner.
